• For scalp and hair:
  Dilute with a carrier oil (like coconut or castor oil) and massage into scalp. Leave for 15–30 minutes before washing.

• For skin:
  Apply diluted to inflamed or acne-prone areas to calm and purify.

• For oral care:
  Use one drop with a carrier oil and apply topically to soothe gum pain. Do not swallow.
